I. Any estimates provided will be based on identified requirements that will be clearly stated in a project requirement document.

II. Changes to these requirements may require adjustment to estimated cost and delivery time.

III. Since we will require your input from time to time during the development process, it is important that all information, materials, and comments requested are handed over to us promptly. We prefer a 24 hour turn around. Substantial delays may result in prolonged delivery time.

IV. We will offer you a mockup of the website’s design during the design phase. We offer unlimited revisions to this design until you are completely satisfied. Once you report satisfaction with a design, we are unable to make any changes to it after the project goes into the development phase.

V. Domain Registration and Hosting will be your responsibility. However, our experts can help you choose a hosting plan that best fits your needs. We will provide this service at no extra cost. You will be responsible for the domain registration and hosting fees except you have made alternate arrangements with us.
